  Another use for the boost,  if you are playing a matchplay or alt shot, or skins...   if you have to putt first and your opponent is on the same line or very close to the same line, you can turn on the boost to not give such a good read on their putt.  ;-)

  Well if you use it for what it's made for it's not a joke, in fact it can save a lot of time on tedious rounds when you're trying to knock the last. .600 off your average on way to TL. At that point you're trying to just chisel away at the average so ya, blowing thru a round in a couple of mins is nice. 

  It's actually pretty funny when someone has the top one running in AS rounds.

  Or you want to set a land speed record in a clash event to get the bauble.

  LMAO ! Truer words have never been spoken. I lost a lot of nap time because of it. I guess I'm just used to playing against people that need 87 secs to line up a drive.

  It also can be fun to send it as a gift to a buddy during a match.  ;-)

   

  If you don't have any boost hits, I'm pretty certain that it defaults to on.  I like to have some boost just so I can make sure that my options are set to off btw.  ;-)

  Keep in mind, with the 1st clash we got some free boosts.  If he hasn't used it all up, he may have it turned off rendering your plan a waste of credits.  ;-)
