balls spraying everywhere

  Im playing Olympic club front 9 tournament now and the balls are getting sprayed everywhere. My approach to the 2nd I missed the ding right and the ball went far left. Is there anyway I can get a refund off wgt for the 100 credits I used?

  I cant see it being an issue with the computer as I played alternate shot game before on some course and didn't have the same problem

  hi

  the best way to solve this is a 2 pronged approach: 1. make sure you submit a reply of every shot that behaves that way. 2 make sure you submit a bug report via right click on the game window + provide all the details possible, including what club you hit/power/whether you dinged/etc. 

  That will allow us to look at the replay and then raw data and see what's going on. This report is good for us to keep an eye on but nothing further can be done from it.

  i have submitted a bug report. I should be entitled to get my 100 credits back as its WGT's problem not mine. Its just like a vending machine, you put money in, you get a faulty product, you get a refund

  I experienced the same thing - "ding" and went 90 degrees right. WGT did provide me a sleeve of balls but it sure ruined a great round i had going. Wish they could fix the meter stutter during the mid-day EST...BIGGER SERVERS WGT!! :)

  Why WGT puts up this childish BS is beyond me! Fine ambassador for his CC!
