  not quit sure what your definition of "active" is but we (Texas TEE Time) are a fairly new CC about 20 members and always have some type of tournament on the books.  If you haven't made a choice yet  give us a look.

  If i see a club whose owner has not played for a while i will invite active players if the owner is still playing i dont bother

  I would never ever approach another member of another club to come join ours.
  Thats just a no no.

  If they want to join our club they must not belong to another club thats just me.

  I came across an owner yesterday that made Wall Posts on our members walls. I checked Her out, and she had at least 8 pages of this on her activity, I am guessing about 18-20 clubs. I had always thought it was an unwritten rule also. There are a lot of players needing a CC out there. Use the CC corner like the rest of us and post a recruiting message. I have gotten 22 new members in two months that way.
