  I think He means that there is no CC beside their Name.

  Here is one method.

  Lets say you are looking for Masters and Tour Masters to join your CC.

  Go to the WGT monthly tournament leaderboard. It is St Anrews this month:

  http://www.wgt.com/golf-tournaments/stroke-play/october-monthly-tournament-st-andrews--leaderboard.aspx?id=4eaa2facf8174396bd4ba3b0015acfa8

  Now switch the leaderboard to show Masters (instead of your tier).

  You will get a list of 250 Masters who are obviously active this month - the ones without a CC listed are available to be recruited.

  then switch the leaderboard to Tour Masters and go through that list.

  You will have more than enough names in no time....
