Daily free credits missing ? ..

  Hello,

  for about one week I play every day on WGT,

  I saw that we could earn free credits each day,

  but they do not appear in my credits account ...,

  how are the credited ?  is it a bug ?

  Hello,

  If you have successfully completed a survey you should receive the credits either instantly or in some cases the longest wait period being a 5 business days. If you do not receive the credits you will have to contact the surveyor. If you do not know how just contact our Customer Support team and they will point you in the right direction.

  You earn XP points for consecutive days played, not credits.

  Volfoni, what does your account listing state? Each credit movement is included there.

  I thought to have heard that new users receive credits for levelling up, until a certain level. But, this must have changed again because it's not mentioned by the mod and in the FAQs.

  Hello,

  thanks to all of you, you're right , I think I confused XP (experience points) and credits I received at the very starting of this game in low levels, now it's rather very slow to increase my level,

  anyway this game is very cool and nice, thank you,

  I stopped receiving credits after I past the 20th level. Is this normal? I'm on my 5th day and have had a lot of fun so far. My putting skills are terrible any suggestions.

  You need to be aware of the countdown clock.  With the Time Change Sunday it now ends a hour earlier.

  There's little notice about this newish donation - some mods seemingly don't know it at all.

  Obviously this "gift for levelling" stops at some niveau. Level 20, level 25? I can't tell because I started "too early".

  Your account listing will show the entries. Does it tell up to which level the payment goes?
