Unable to use daily pass - now resolved

  I am unable to use the daily cc pass available to me. 

  When I start a game, I see the option to use a pass but when I click on 'use pass', nothing happens and I am forced to click on no thanks to play. The daily pass continues to show on top of my screen as available after I play.

  I once got the option to pay for a cc pass and I did so, and it worked perfectly.

  I have logged bug reports but the issue continues.

  Hello. Were you recently invited to a Country Club? If so you may need to wait 12 hours before you can receive the Country Club pass. There is a small issue with giving players a "phantom" pass whenever they first join a CC. If this is not the case please response back.

  I have been a member of the club for a 3 days and have yet to be able to use the pass, so it sounds like the phantom pass issue. I hope it is fixable.

  I have tried exiting the country club and rejoining it. Is there any hope of getting this fixed ?

   

  Strange that it is happy to accept passes that I use credits for but refuses to let me use my free ones.

  I have the same problem. I am member of  a Country Club since 6 days and i can't use the free pass. the "Use Pass" button has no effect.

  I am having the identical problem.  The "use pass" button will not work.  And i, too, have been a member for well more than 12 hours.

  Free pass not working for me either,  click to use and nothing happens,,, but the do not use button works fine. Please resolve,as I would like to contribute to my country club.. thank you much !!!

  Seeing that multiple people have this problem, am hoping to see someone take cognizance of it, so we know it is to be addressed.

  I am glad to have joined a large club and am enjoying the benefits provided, not being able to give back is affecting my game experience.

  Same thing here. I an the CC owner and still cant use the daily pass.
