Another tip to make this more realistic would be to cycle in, pan in and out, to the hole from the players position.  Often players in real life not only look from behind the hole but walk their line or set up half way points.  The more mobility of vision from the players perspective, without loosing the controls you already have (perfect), the more realistic your game will be.  This in turn will make the gamer more adapt to stick with the game.

Someone please inform me how this putting positioning of our player is realistic.  Even Tiger Woods online can get it right.  In real life your vision is not six feet left or right of the hole while putting.  You guys need to get a straight shot into the hole from the players perspective.  Even the reverse direction is off in most of my approaches.  This is totally unrealistic how it is not a straight look to the green.  Wow, I'm glad in real life my head is not morphed six feet to the left or right from my body while I put.  My neck may get a little sore by completing 18 holes.

    Duval,

Go to Game Settings when you open the game browser window.  Then select Advanced options.  Turn avatar angles on.  By default it is turned off but once you turn it on the angles you speak of will be much more realistic. This won't work if you do it mid game so turn it on before you tee off.  Once you turn it on it will stay that way until you clear you cache.

They have it off by default because many report that it puts more stress on the swing meter.

The avatar angles were on.  This was not the problem fix apparently.  Thanks for trying though.

I know what you're looking for Duval and it's not here. You're limited to whatever view is closest to your position as it is an actual picture from a programmed spot. You can't pan the green or the view like you could in Links. The reverse view is usually the lesser of the two evils.
