I have been playing for a few months now and have never had a problem until now. Now after playing 1 round in the Golf Advisor Open, when I try to play again, the swing meter jumps around so badly, I can't play at all. What changed? I downloaded the latest version of Flash and that did not help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Will it hop and stop on clicking, or does it ignore the click?

The former may be caused by CPU load, the latter is typical for Flash problems (Pepperflash) with a Chrome browser.

Plenty of help available through "search"...

Hello. Have you tried some of the following to assist you?

-Close out any programs running in the background. Close additional tabs as well.

-Try playing in normal sized, do not play in full screen.

-Minimize the WGT Page but do not close it.

These are a few steps that can help assist you with your Swing Meter. I've tested them out myself and they do have an impact. You can contact Customer Support for additional assist if you continue to have issues.

Check these things you can do at your end to help have a smooth meter.

The main thing is to make sure your computer's CPU is doing as little as possible. Many pause for a 2 or 3 count at the top of the back swing, some use Task manager to watch CPU performance ans start the down swing when the CPU is least busy.

The only tab I open is the WGT game client page, and that is after I have cleared all my browser caches and made sure the Flash Player Privacy panel is empty of web site URLs.

After countless 'Browsers' tried, clearing caches, reducing CPU usage, and anything else I found, not playing when your laptop is running HOT is the only definite "fix".  When mine gets hot I either turn off my computer for 10 minutes or put an ice pack under it.  No problems anymore.

    Hi KrisBoyd1,

For mobile, try having the least amount of programs running in the background. Also, some people (including myself) forget to restart their device every once and a while so give that a shot too. :)

Got any tips on keeping all the brand new balls you buy. I just bought a sleeve and lost two of them within 10 mins. All of a sudden I can hit the ball 30 yards further with a club, with the wind in my face at 15 mph. Also hit a good shot on number 2 at Kiawah from the ditch on the left side of the fairway with the trees in my line, got through them okay, but the ball rolled at least 40 yards into the brush on the right side of the fairway. This ceases to be funny after a while. I bought three sleeves one day and lost six of them within 9 holes. I have gotten to the point where I just quit the round. The one on Kiawah was right after I eagled # 1 from the fairway with a 64 deg wedge. They tell me they can't pick out a particular play and do these things to them. I told them they could make a computer program do anything they wanted it to with a little code. I am sure they can make it keep track of new balls a player buys and fix it where on certain holes he will lose more in one day that he has in the past month. I am seriously contemplating quitting wgt, but they are the only game in town that I know of. Through venting. Let me know if you have any tips on this.(sarc)

Which version of mobile? I play the IOS version on an iphone 4s and the meter is ultra smooth. I haven't seen or played the Android version yet. My Next book 7 is only 4.1 so it isn't compatible with the Android version.
