  Hello Folks.

  I got a problem with the officer option for country club. One of my previous officers as left the club but the counter still display that I got the 4 spot filled. Is there any chance to clear the officers counter with the one left by the player to whom I had given the title, I want to assign his place to someone else but it can be possible at the moment.

  That's what I asked the customer service, they told me if I tried to give the place to someone else but just answered that the menu (three dots) for each player has not the option "officer", it's already full. Although useless I sent them a screen of what I see for their request, I hope to serve in some way, and above all that it can be solved as soon as possible.

  Outch!

  Me thinks that this wee glitch would require a software modification, and you know what this means.

  Owner's workaround might be to talk this player into a new, short membership, change his status and let him go again.

  But those leaving wordlessly scarcely do their old fellows any more favours :(

  This is a WGT specialty, lol, never a easy option with any new feature.  Something new ALWAYS causes a problem somewhere down the line which they have not thought about.  But 100% for effort!

  Thanks to the support too. It's a little problem I know but it's a shame lost the chance to re-assign officer place in case an officer leave. Also it could be a huge implement force officers to send a sub-request to the owner before leave.

  Hello guys.

  Forgive my error first. The answer finally  arrived from WGT and the reason why my Club is showing 4 officers is because they consider me, the Owner, as an officer. With the three directors and yourself, that puts the total number of officers at 4.

  I thought I had assigned the officer title also to another player but probably I am confused, I am sorry to have wasted the customer service time for more important questions but I was thinking to had assigned it to 4 different players.

  Sorry again and forgive my misunderstanding.
