    Hello WGT,

I'm not sure if this is right place to post this issue as it is a 'survey' related issue not an actual game issue, however I am just looking for some assistance.

Occasionally when I attempt to go into a survey I get the following:

    Server Error in '/' Application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    Source Error:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

Does anyone else have this issue and if so is there a workaround?

This is the proper method to report a survey error.

Thanks Ziomio, good to know where to respond. Looks like it is not uncommon for the surveys to have issues.

Ah yes ZioMio pretty much pointed you in the right direction. When you experience issues with credits not being received you also contact them directly. If you have difficulties finding a place to contact them just go ahead and contact CS or one of the Moderators. We'll be able to point you in the right direction.

I've seen that a few times. Worth trying a different browser.
