Players on this site like me have a hard time purchasing clubs, balls, irons, wedges and such. But what if you were able to buy other players clubs,at the fraction of the cost.Lets say (tour pro driver cost 250 cr(used 150),but not only that, but an additional 5yds distance off the club,to make it feel used.what do you guys think!

I think that's a cracking idea. Perhaps we'd have to go back through the proshop as a broker to sell the gear then they put a markup on it and sell it on. The equipment spec would need to be tweaked at sale. Or, even better, what about a yard off after every 500 shots with the club, etc?

i personally think it would be win-win,from both perspectives. It would be a little tab in the pro-shop specifically for used equipment, click the tab like you would with driver, wedges, balls, golf sets etc...Go in,and it would show you the equipment, how much use,who it was used by.And what ever comes up in the used equipment, should be first come, first serve.

I could see your point, if there was any difference between a brand new set and one that was used for a year...

I refuse to buy new equipment until I can get the best.  The stock putter is less accurate than my driver in the real world (yes, I use it on slow greens), but a more annoying and customer-insulting business model, you can hardly find.  My mates gave up on the game entirely, and I can hardly blame them.

Im completly with you aussie,i wish too that the prices of the equipment wasnt so pricey, but will they come off there prices just a little,i dont have that answer. But the used equipment gives us all an option, just like in real life.I myself in real golf, bought used equipment and it got me by,good enough for me.See what im sayin. And there would become more of a parity in WGT because of the used equipment. Now what would you rather have a starter putter or a ghost putter(used). As for what you get in terms of trade in.Let me give you an example um.Lets say you had a ping rapture fairway driver and you whanted to sell it,now WGT is only gonna give you somethin like a quarter of what you paid for it.But if you sold it too someone else,Tack on 20 extra credits. So lets say the driver cost 375 WGT would of gave you,93.75 under used equipment you now get 113.75 for your club.what do you think!

yeah flag few the clubs over priced for sure, but what gets me is the sell back price  my r9 3 wood  is like 75 credits if i sell it back wedges lucky if i get that  would rather a system where i can give them to people who have opened them levels up then trade em in for mere 75 credits for the 350 credits i paid for it or so .....
