it's turning into a practical quandary:

Resolved: Get your Martini, today's favorite here is Pinot Grigio ;)

How are Martinis and chili alike? Everyone has their own recipe, and they're all the best.

    your still a customer

No I'm not. I'm just taking advantage of something I found that's free if I want. They don't promise me anything and if I don't like it I can just not play. Their game, their rules.

You really  didn't  just say this was free to play did u, then who in the hell am I giving my money too

And they  didn't  know about this bug yesterday , they never tested it maybe 2 days prior to the 10th. They are that unorganized .

While we as the customers have every right to be disappointed on delayed fulfilment of company promises, there's a difference to Gary's scenario:

WGT has no firm contractual obligation to deliver. Nobody can sue them for damage compensation.

Still, the disappointment counts, combined with the thought "Why the hell haven't they checked and double-checked this key update before?"

I commiserate the mods to be frontmen in this possible never-ending desaster, from the cancelled Florida RL event to a delayed(?) virtual top four final.

Hmmm, I assume your not using Microsoft products then either. Bugs can be found all the time.

We are getting a new course soonish. So be happy for that :)

Operative word "giving."  Now you're getting the idea.  LOL

    The cocktail shaker is a-shakin'

A drop of orange bitters in a martini goes a long way, by the way. That's The Bitter Truth.
