Are brackets even for all?

  This is a question for the multitudes and most specifically for the WGT staff. When playing a bracket game, are the wind speeds and directions along with all of the other encumbrances the exact same for each player, regardless of when they complete their round?

  Doubt it they are "random" so says wgt
