Profile Picture Problem?

  Recently I noticed that there are many new players without any profile pic, e.g. on the front page (from 11-26):

  

  I thought, have they all posted indicent pictures?

  Today, a CC member asked what to do, and was referred to an old thread which stated "CS must reset the account".

  What about this WGT? Why are they grey? I thought that the avatar head is the standard picture?

  Mobile only players who have not uploaded a image.  They end up with the with those blank images.  It's not like on web where we give you a default image.

  Apparently some of these have no "change pic" button - why is this?

  It's something to do with Apple,  they should contact us if they have a problem and we can help them.
