What a pleasant surprise this was this morning.
When I first joined WGT back in 2010, I mainly just played CTTH as I was getting ready for work. Eventually I began to venture out to the courses (mainly St. Andrews, the others were too hard LOL ) for Stroke Play rounds. Now mind you, I was using all Starter Gear at that point in time.
I slowly moved up the ranks gaining valuable XP's. When I made it to the Master Level, I found myself at a peak of sorts. I simply could not improve my game any more for whatever reason. So I came to the Main Forums looking for answers. And one of the first things someone recommended to me was to join a Country Club. So I went to the Country Club and sent out a bunch of invites.
Bridgestone Golf, and owner at the time WilliamRicker, was the only club that responded and invited me to join. What a game changer that was. Everyone was so willing to help me improve my game. Sharing their knowledge with me. I found myself slowly improving my game with the tips they gave me. I firmly believe that I never would have made Tour Legend without the help of my fellow Bridgestonians and for that I am truly thankful.
There is always a wide variety of tournaments at Bridgestone Golf. We have our own BGCC PGA Tour composed of weekly tournaments accumulating points towards the season finale and the BGCC Fed Ex Cup. There is the club favorite Survivor Series based upon the popular TV show. With the recent Country Club updates we have been able to have all kinds of CTTH and Bracket tournaments. As well as have some fun from the short tees. LOL. We are currently experimenting with a Handicapped Uneven Lie tournament.
All in all, Bridgestone Golf is a fine establishment. Current owner, Moosetaya is doing a fine job taking over for WilliamRicker. Helping Bridgestone Golf move forward. The future looks bright for Bridgestone Golf thanks to the dedication of its members.
Happy Holidays to all
