    Hello reader,

In the avatar section of WGT you can find many nationalized alter egos, Even of nations where golf is not "top of the pops". In Germany golf has a relatively small fanbase too. But now that we have our own U.S. Open champion by Martin Kaymer the time has come to invite a german avatar to the scene. That would surely lead to an higher recognition of golf as a sport in my country and push the motivation of people taking a swing in real life as they do while playing the courses here. WGT should seriously consider it as they should do for other nationalities like French or Spanish.

    Cheers,

    Boombastico

Sieh an, noch ein Kaimer-Fan ;)

There's little hope (in fact: I never have hope here) for a German avatar. In fact, I believe that the company has frozen this part of the game.

To them, it apparently comes down to big revenue for all development. CC passes and the Clashes, ball gifting, clubs and balls becoming more expensive with each introduction... There's only one time business with an avatar, this isn't enough IMHO.

And, all other countries with bigger participation here have their avatar(s), USA, Canada, UK (though split in countries), Australia. People from smaller countries (Spain, France) have asked in vain for a long time...

Have fun with the available items!

They should have Avatars for all Countries. German, France and Spain are all Major Countries. If they want to go the dollar route, it`s 800 credits for an avatar.
