Well, not even close to the ding with any club, even the 37+ foot birdie putt was a missed ding...and danged if I was late (also) to save the replay..

    Still good times!

That was better for me than I could have hoped for, the wind in the right direction for the first was a bonus, just a pity I over hit it .......

Best of all was an almost straight in on the 3rd

Great fun and thanks for setting it up - will there be others?

The prize that I was offering for the best score by a player below L70 will go unawarded because unfortunately there were no such players in the field.  Instead, that sleeve will go to the next player who improves his or her score from R1 in the markedly tougher conditions of R2 and claims the prize here in this thread.  Fmagnets has already done so, proving that it's possible.  I trust that Mags will be satisfied with the honor of serving as the inspiration for this prize.

Yes, good luck everyone. A fine prize to aim for, well done Ben. Easy for me to do as I had my head up my R's in the first round :-)

Nearly gave up many times, but staggered on, feel proud to have finished.

    Thanks organisers

Here are vids of the 2 rounds. Not especially interesting as it is starters and I don't know the yardages well enough.

    Round 1: 55

    Round 2: 53

If anyone spots any good shots, let me know - I can't remember any in particular!

    DAMN....

Equipped EZ swing lob wedge, hybrid and driver by not concentrating.

Sacked it on #6 and + 4, couldn't figure out the lob wedge for recoveries :-((

Shot 56 in the 2nd round. I played at my father's house to be sure I didn't have the same issues I had in round one. No card or stats saved though. I did have a double bogey on the 8th as a result of not playing nearly conservative enough off the tee. The rest is easy to forget..   GL to all who finish.

The damn thing shouldn't have let you tee off with the E-Z Swing clubs in the bag. Sumptin ain't right. We need to talk to Shoe about how that could happen.
