Purchase of Equipment and Swing Meter question

I'm about to purchase new equipment but don't understand the different Swing Meter grades.  Which Swing Meter rating makes the meter go slower or faster, especially near the ball contact (sometimes called the "Ding"):  3.0 or 3.5?  I guess a better way to phrase it is, does a lower number result in a slower Swing Meter, or a higher number?

    Thanks,

The higher the number the slower the meter.

This might be useful if you haven't already made a decision on what to purchase.

What an awesome spreadsheet, Scott....did you do that or did you find it somewhere?

Can I post it to my club's website? Who do I give credit to for their efforts in putting it together?

    Sean

Thank you Sean. It's something that I put together about 7 months ago and have been updating ever since with any new equipment that pops up in the pro shop.

You are very welcome to post it to your club's website and you've already thanked me.  : )

The columns can be sorted and filtered from the little grey boxes in the top row and the name of each item is hyperlinked to it's page in the pro shop.

If you click COMMENTS at the top of the spreadsheet, some items have additional information. It's usually just notification of a recently added product, but occasionally other stuff which, if you click each comment (if any) in the pane to the right of the spreadsheet, the relevant cell will be highlighted.

    Thanks again.
