    I have some unredeemed views saved up, and I went to redeem them. I got a message saying: Your player is out of sync with our server. Please click the reload button to reload the player.

     

    Clicking reload does nothing. One back issue that may or may not be related. I tried to do a survey, and got a message, that I have been flagged for something, none of which applies to me. Is it possible these 2 issues are related. It is the 1st time I saw any of these errors.

    Yeah I made this before I saw the other thread about it. Keep us posted if you hear anything back.

    I have the same message and I too have contacted Livegamer. Saw several a post 2 years ago about this same issue. It did get resolve but it took days......

    Having the same issue here.  I contacted live gamer two days ago, but have heard nothing more since receiving the canned "we got your message and are looking into it," reply.  Will continue to monitor to see if it gets fixed.

    it's a live gamer issue. Ill try to check on it but we may not hear until next week when everyone is back in office.
