It is now 6 days into the new year and still nothing from livegamer. I feel it is now the responsibility of WGT to make this right! And, you (WGT) should be keeping all your players updated on the status of what is being done to correct this problem. I am not sure at present who should be contacted to force both WGT and Livegamer to live up to their responsibilities, but I am checking and will be contacting that party to have WGT and /or Livegamer do the right thing.
