    Appreciate that.. I hope you guys understand this is how a lot of us pay to play this game and unless it gets sorted pretty soon there's gonna be a big drop in ball sales.. Just sayin'.

    LiveGamer doesn't work - ok - got that they will fix it when they get around to fixing it - also surveys cannot be completed now you get kicked out after doing 20 minutes of the survey and don't get squat for your time - last is stuff like AARP who had 4 offers - you do the offers even complete them you contact support they want you to provide confirmation emails that AARP never sent you when you registered and completed their offers you contact AARP support and they give you a phone number to speak with one of their agents who only wants you to pay for their online website - it is a scam - and for all that i am out 330 credits - i suppose WGT cannot honor the credits that their patrons promise then don't deliver in good faith - such is life - Bahhumbug

    also sent the support screenshots of the completed offers and they still didn't honor up

    This is no joke WGT!! Your recent changes to the watch videos pages is going to drive me out. I paid outta pocket for my clubs. I'm not paying you rent for the balls. Either there is an avenue to earn free credits, or I will have to leave.

    It is now 6 days into the new year and still nothing from livegamer.  I feel it is now the responsibility of WGT to make this right!  And, you (WGT) should be keeping all your players updated on the status of what is being done to correct this problem.  I am not sure at present who should be contacted to force both WGT and Livegamer to live up to their responsibilities, but I am checking and will be contacting that party to have WGT and /or Livegamer do the right thing.

    Maybe WGT needs to dump Live Gamer. They don't respond to anyone. What a rip off!

    I have the same issue now for at least 7 days..really sucks
