RELOAD THE PLAYER

    "Your player is out of sync with our server. Please click the reload button below to reload the player."

     

    I am getting the message everytime I try to redeem views on the carousel. so I click on the reload and it takes me back to the carousel to view.

     

     

    HELP

    Apparently, they are having a problem on their end because I have the same problem and it happened with my old XP PC and my new Windows 8 PC so it's nothing to do with my computers. I have sent them two notes but no response yet.

    It's been a week for me as well. It is costing WGT money by not being able to cash in the credits. Surely someone can find a fix for the problem.

    called..they dont give a rats ass.....the forum is flooded with complaints....they know...but choose not 2 respond

    I have also reported it and it has been so for more than a week now. They dont care or they blame third party. It´s a scandal.

    And another one here.

    Very irritating that we can watch the videos, but not be rewarded for doing so.  Not holding my breath for a quick fix though.....
