I would NEVER fork out 3, 4, 5K up front. FOR WHAT!

I kept thinking about this while reading through the thread.

It looks like Club owners can advertise their CC in hopes to gain new membership, or meet new friends, for 5000 Cr.

Sounds like the KISS bank account scheme to me. lol!

Sorry for my english (google translate)

Sorry to say but this is yet another demonstration that wgt no more 'brilliant ideas but only excuses to make more money (taxes in this case).

I was madly in love with this game, and even though I still create tournaments are every day more and more 'disappointed.

If I can create a tournament that is to say of the participants are fun and involving many players (without paying any penny) why you can not get them given that you have a lot more 'experience and many more' means?

I say this not in polemical tone, but in a tone of bitterness and disappointment.

    bye

Carlo alias pierolitfiba................STATO LIBERO DEI LITFIBA' owner.............so I do know the name of my club Shoe true?

    Good job and good day

this is what Shoe said earlier i the thread about the fee.

    WGTdbloshoe:

It will all depend on which option you choose and length of time.  It's new, I would say sponsor fee is fluid right now.  I would guess starting in the 3,000 credit range.  Which again can be spread out between a number of players.

So the owner could select any number of players to help pay the fee and WGT could deduct a set amount from those players account. Say the owner selects 30 players including himself and WGT deduct 100 credits from each players account to pay the fee. I think this would work until the activate the CC bank.

But I would like to see the CC officers activated before the bank. So just one player wouldn't have total control of the bank.

As a recruitment tool it might not be as good as people might think. What I mean is there are many Clubs that are always at or very near full capacity and wouldn't want or need to recruit members and wouldn't use this feature. And there are a few elitist clubs who only want certain type of player and only send out invitations to very few of the elite players. I don't think these clubs would want to use this feature either.

Yes you can spread the fee over a number of players in your club. It doesn't have to be equal either, so if a player only has 50 credits to spare then the can just use that.  You have valid points about the leader clubs, and it was considered.  That's why we are giving the option of building a special tournament and manually entering players. This will give a cllub the chance to challenge another club then only the players they wish will have access to it.       - WGTdbloshoe

So separately to an overall tourney option there is another option potentially.

For a fee a club creates a tourney that only certain players can play from any given club.  The bit the club gets is that it's shown (advertised) on the WGT comp list?

Any chance of just a bracket facility that clubs can use effectively?  I would think ball costs would make that worthwhile on their own accepting it''s not advertised on a leaderboard.

Not being funny I think WGT needs to get back to a few basics first.  That latest L100 iron issue I personally know of a couple who just said gonski.  A bit of thought to allowing those v genuine TL players some hope of getting HL equipment this year, and they would still be here burning balls. Those brackets could be used by CCs very effectively (bank would be nice) = balls.  Officers with tools = more recruiting = more balls........................I think you would get a more robust balance sheet with the basics in place first and this fast $ stuff can evolve if worthwhile or wither on the vine with the market...........

This whole entire idea is weak. Im sorry. Nothing against you personally but this is a ridiculous concept. This again is clearly a MONEY GRABBER, plain and simple.

Create and FINALLY OPEN the CC Bank. My goodness WGT. This way we can have members contribute to the bank and the owners /  and 1 director ( 3, 4, and some case 5 directors having access to the bank would be dangerous) can allocate the monies in a way the "club" see's fit.

The sponsor fee is less then what the overall payout of credits are, so this is in no way a money grab.  This is a way to give players or clubs a way to get their name out there.  Secondly it is also giving players a chance to win more credits with more tournament options.  I don't see how either of those are a bad idea.  To me a money grab would be us requiring you to cover a sponsor fee and the payouts.  Which again we are not doing.

Yes you can tier restrict a tournament if you want.
