Actually, I think it's a terrible idea. Reason? They dropped the lvl 97 driver for a SHORT time to lvl 93 then re-elevated it back to lvl 97. SO - for the last year I have had to compete against other legends AND even some Tour Masters (who were lucky enough to gain access to the lvl 97 driver during the SHORT lvl 93 offer) with a driver that causes me to shoot 4 irons when they are shooting 5 irons and 5 irons when they are shooting 6 irons simply because WGT was playing Mr. nice guy by allowing these folks access to a lvl 97 driver 800,000 experience points early. Now, I don't play this game ALL day every day so it takes an extended period of time to acquire 800,000 Xp's just to get back to a level playing field with them. Almost to lvl 96 now so at least I can get the lvl 96 Big Bertha soon and help the situation somewhat. Forget the de-elevating of clubs, It's totally UNFAIR to those who have had to play the required XP's to gain access to them. IMHO.
