WGT Brackets Bug?

  Thanks - you're more detailled than I ever expected :o)

  It's new to me that tournament management would include the observation of (possible) opponents' best scores (OTOH I don't play 500 cr Brackets or RGs).

  As a modest contribution of mine, please note that these best score course awards have been broken quite a while before, by adding the results of "best 9 hole" games. Received no notice until now concerning a fix of this.

  Well, you can only observe this if they happen to shoot their best score (on that course) ever ;-)

  It was only the awards that were (and still are) broken. The actual best scores per every course were always correct, they just didn't have the correct award next to them (in some cases). So when it said platinum award and a 60 under it, the score was correct, it's just the award title that was wrong (should be Crystal, but I know you know that ;-))

  PS:  I feel like I am just wasting golf balls playing these.  This guy named rickle shoots a 62 at  merion everytime, and me and his first round score is the only one missing of the 16 bracket scores, and it says I advanced to the 2nd round, and I did a 66.

  This is crazy, what a mess, we are all probably just wasting golf balls

  Apparently, my scores were registered and, again apparently, I passed the turn and I have to play the following one. I'll save the screenshots for future memory. The two brackets are  #118601 and #119001. Byee

  i have been told in 4 emails you are looking into it, may i suggest using both eyes?

  i just got paid out on a bracket i WON, they paid me for 2nd place, 3 days after it ended, i even sent them this link, ACTUAL proof.

  but still didnt get it resolved.

  yep same with me....

  118705 and 119076

  Scores didn't register in last few rounds and now showing all WD.  If fact i have played further rounds but showing WD from earlier rounds.

  I'd expect a refund and some compensation of the 72 ball hits i took round the last back 9 :)

  should we be raising this with IT support for refunds?

  This must be new protocol to resolve the problem quickly because I have also been withdrawn from 5-6 Bracket Tournaments.  All 5-6 of which I completed rounds for, and made the finals in a few of them.

  The logical thing to do would refund the entry fees to all entrants.

  Any other resolution would be pure incompetence.
