WGT Brackets Bug?

  119028 also...

  i completed the 1st three rounds but show WD from the second along with all other entrants

  This glitch continues.  Round 2 ended last night and I checked before I went to bed and I had the round 3 button active but still with no score updates.  The timer said there were more than 23 hours left ( I wish I had taken a screen shot of it) to complete round 3.  I get there this am and this is what I find:

  My 2nd round score is the top score listed while my first round score is five lines below that.   Now what?

  I advanced to the finals and played the final round but it did not post.  The other semifinal match never posted.  Obviously, if the non-posted scores are known, then they should be paid accordingly.  Assuming the situation is that one semi final is known and the other is not and the final is not known, then payout should be as follows:

  Known semi-final loser=144

  Known semi-final winner=576 (50% * 720 + 50% * 432)

  Both unknown semi-finalists= 360 (50% * 144 + 25% * 432 + 25% * 720)

  Since everyone who actually advanced into the money rounds is known, we should be paid.  Simply voiding the tourny and refunding the entry fee penalizes the winners for the extra balls used and rewards those defeated with a windfall.

  I don't mind waiting for this to be fixed in due time as long as it is paid out correctly.  

  Keep up the good work.  WGT is immensely fun.

  Every bracket that started from Saturday until today has been cancelled and all participants have been WD.  All the rounds we played counted for nothing except avg score and XP points. 

  My total cost this weekend was almost 5000 credits (2800 in entry fees and 3 sleeves of 700 credit balls). And for this I received around 15000 XP points and no credits. From the scores I played the lost earnings were over 10000 creds.

  Perhaps we could at least get our entry fees back without the hassle of writing long emails to customer support. What say you WGT? Any chance of that? We'd surely feel better about this daylight robbery that has happened over the last few days ;-)

  Same issue with our bracket? everyone "WD"???

  Mine too...I played a couple of bracket games each day Sat. and Sun. and posted the scores. This morning (Mon.) I got notices "Bracket Round 2 reminder" for both games, meaning I had advanced, but when I went and logged in, it showed ALL of the players as being WD... I had to buy some new balls during the games, and now have lost those credits!! What is going on with WGT???  

  Hey guys...go try Perfect Golf... the best $20 you'll spend...WAY better than this, and they don't nickel and dime you for everything!

  As soon as my credits are gone, I'm outta this ripoff game!

  Looks like 3 brackets that i was still in at the last 4 stage have been cancelled, despite the players involved posting scores. A refund of entry fees, and replacement of balls used should be the absolute minimum that WGT provide.

  Apparently, my scores were registered and, again apparently, I passed the turn and I have to play the following one. I'll save the screenshots for future memory. The two brackets are  #118601 and #119001. Byee

  Me too I played the rounds and now it tells me that I'm withdrawn.... and e-mailed me this msg for both brackets:

  "Thanks for playing Tierless Bracket 9H 100CR - 119001.

  Unfortunately, you did not advance to the next round in this Bracket. However, there are several other free and paid Bracket tournaments that you can play.

  Play New Bracket"

   

  I'm sure WGT will solve the matter in the usual gentleman way. Pls advise in the forum when we will can play brackets again. Tks, Bye

  Bracket #118853 (for our CC) has suffered the same fate.  All players are shown as WD in round TWO when, in fact, at least two of us have already played round THREE after advancing.  At least ours was a free bracket so no credits on the line, but c'mon wgt - how many more ways are you going to think of to have us use up our balls?  (like Clashes)

  And we wanted to start an ALT night or two - or maybe even a league - at our CC, but the "invite" problem makes that impossible.

  Aaargh !
