As of today, Feb 22, 2015, I have played everyday, but, quite often (Almost Daily), I've "Lost Connection" on almost every Game played......Please, please advise me on what I can do to help prevent this "frustrating" error message!!!!!

If games keep dropping I would ask that you please optimize your internet connection by making sure that you are using an Ethernet cable to connect your laptop, if you are using one, to your router/modem to establish a physical connection to your router/modem to help reduce any disconnections. Also, we would ask that you please don't browse the web too much or stream any music/videos, such as Youtube, as this will have a negative impact on your game performance. We are currently investigating the recent disconnection issues some players are claiming to experience.
