CC Bracket Tournament

    Ok WGT, please explain how this happened. Our club has a Bracket tournament currently going but as of this morning everyone has been DQ'ed after the 1st round!! I have submitted a Bug Report detailing what has happened but the main issue is, this was a pay to enter Tournament so all of us lost our entry fee and the prize money!! I do expect reimbursement to each of the individuals whom have stuck credits into this tournament and also something along the lines of balls for our efforts!!

    Edit. 3 of the regular Bracket tournaments I was entered in I was also DQ'ed in this morning too!!

    I created the tournament and I'm also aggravated.  What's the deal.  Refund and straighten this out.

    Hello. The issue should be resolved. Please contact Customer Support if you are still having difficulties. They will be able to provide you with a refund for the created tournament if you provide details.

    Perhaps someone should make it clear how you go about contacting customer support.  I'm just a dumb cowboy and cannot find a way to contact them.

    So Typhoon, in other words only those who log a complaint to Customer Service will be receiving a refund? Is that what you are telling me? Because I did, even sent a screen capture along with my detailed report and it's now apparent I was the only one to receive a refund. Please elaborate so I can relay this to my fellow club members whom were also entered in this tournament. Thanks Typhoon.

    If you provide the necessary information (such as bracket ID and date) I believe they are providing players with refunds. I'm not 100% sure so please do not quote me on it. Also I have provided the link to contact Customer Support. Just click on the url below.

    Bonjour;

    4 brackets tournements stoped after the first round this  last three days ....cela devient scandaleux et donne envie de se retirer de WGT.

    Mereci à WGT de se pencher rapidement sur le problème et de proposer des compensations, je n'ai pas pu de se fait valider plus de 3 800 Xp pour mon country club.notamment !!!!!

    This attitude really stinks - this is a WGT problem yet you expect the customer/victim to make all the running to obtain a refund.  

    Some people have lost winnings over this, rather than expect them to make all the running and have to email customer support,  it would be nice if WGT could could make a statement and recompense everyone involved without them having to do the legwork.

    I sent in a report 4 days ago and a further one 2 days ago regarding a 25crd bracket with a 300crd  start. To date no one has been credited, I played 3 x 9 holes during this bracket i don't suppose we will be getting extra credits or balls used for this *** up, (or even the decency of a satisfactory reply) or is it just going to be another smash n grab  .

    Do any Mods actually have an answer as to what is going on there.
