I'm excited for the new changes, hopefully they don't come at a continued cost of poor performance in the rest of the game.
I'm happy to see the new clevelands, the half-tick increase in accuracy and meter speed have me feeling really good about my short game in the near future! The downside is that its going to cost me another $50 for the set when I just spent nearly $50 less than a month ago for practically the same clubs.
The 225 yd hybrid seems utterly pointless to unlock at level 88 (not 98). 99% of us that have played enough to reach such a level already have irons that cover that exact distance already and those that choose to still use very basic/starter clubs at such a high level aren't going to purchase it either for that very reason...they don't purchase ANYTHING. Not to mention that there is already more than half a dozen of the same exact thing to choose from. I hope your developers didn't spend a lot of time on this particular project because it's not going to sell at all.
While new courses are always a plus we already have a ton of "pitch n putt" and CTTH to choose from. I know you said the full course would be coming in May but I personally would have released them together. My question is whether or not this new course would be implemented into any "Best Of" WGT layouts or maybe even spawn the conception of a new one?
All in all anything "new" is good to a point. I'd rather have seen time spent on the same stuff the majority are vocal about and less about the things nobody cares about...like the 225 hybrid, how sue decides to cheat when we all already know she isn't worth a lick on the course anyways etc. But in the end thank you for the updates, I look forward to seeing more thought-out clubs/courses and fixes in the future.
