  Low level code is machine code, as opposed to high level languages such as Cobol, Fortran, C++ and many others.

  What WGT are referring to is beyond me.  Whatever it is, it doesn't sound truthful.

  Ya, I think it's a perfect time to take a break...I was 5 feet out at SA #6 for bird...it took 17 seconds for the dots to cross the grid...yes, you'd think I would know better and remember every holes, etc, but just not how I play...or played IRL...I just look at what is in front of me...I set up just on the edge of the cup 5 feet, VF greens), whacked it..and missed by a hole on the other side.

   

  Normally (as in before "the change") that put would have been center cut, based on the dot speeds.

  I know what you mean Mike ... it's an exercise in futility. And then I don't want to learn it this way and have to relearn it another way, when it's changed again. Let em fix it and say, this is it ... then I'll resume play.

  Hopefully in a month ... ?

  WGTadmin:

  This is a very low level code issue and is very difficult to fix. We sincerely apologize that this is taking longer than expected and truly appreciate your patience.

  Firstly, you might alleviate some of the communities indignation by posting in a thread (no replies) a daily log of what has been done, efforts and errors to try to fix EACH of the current outstanding issues.
  Currently the once per week 'appreciate your patience' isnt cutting it.
  
  Secondly, Why would you continue with this current version with all its bugs and not roll back to a previous version so the community has some normalacy restored to GamePlay?
  Cant be done? refer to first point.

  Finally, if you really did "truly appreciate our patience"  why wouldn't you, as with other software, cease our spending?  Balls with 100% durability,  Free rentals in the pro shop.
  SOMETHING to show how you "Truly Appreciate"  our frustrations.
  
  Its just High Level BullSh!t  - and I am with the current popular movement to completely cease spending in the pro shop and to reduce play activity.

  That was put very concisely.  Well done.  I could not agree more with you.  I am so tired of it.  I heard a commercial the other day, for a new online golf experience.  When I hear it again, I will pay more attention.

  I'm not trying to excuse WGT, but in my experience the dots are still off to some degree, slower than they should be.

  At the same time my meter has been 99% good.  I did notice a decided change in smoothness the day after it went wild.  It has remained that way since.

  I have also not had near as many weird disconnects during this period,

  Overall WGT improved my game.   As I have not had the issues others have had with the meter it is probably my individual set up, internet carrier, cable supplier, the way I hold my tongue, whatever!

  At least WGT acknowledged that there is indeed a problem,  that alone is a BIG change!

  Well sure glad to see that WGT has had this "problem" im now in the same boat as previous years updates in the fact that im now 3 putting greens from inside 10ft.  im pretty sure after a year straight of putting and playing 18+ holes daily in multple ways 3 holers 9 holers bracket 18s ive learned how to read greens and putt inside 10ft.....

  oh yea and another thing my start date is july 1st 2016.....i still havent made my 1 yr anni. And i havent missed a day since i started customer support said i was mistaken i had started on july 2nd this was on the 5th and they said i would get to my yr soon enough...wtf??

   

  I WILL NEVER BE ADDING $$$ to this site in the pro shop....if i cant earn enough video rewards for sleeves ill just hit those ROCKS called starter balls....KMFA!!!!!
