I know this has been covered before, but i was just playing the St Andrews frt9 RG,on my 1st approach i actually decided to pull the pin prior to playing my shot(68yrd full ts punch) when this happened! I saw red after this and WD from the RG.It's not the 50 credits i'm that worried about, but because it was a brand new ball grr.

Is this bug ever gonna get fixed? Or are we just going to have to live with it?

    WTF

    Russell

EDIT LOL i've just watched the replay after saving the shot to my profile, and low and behold it now shows a flagstick!

    1) The ball clearly hits the flagstick, fairly high (hear the audio) - perhaps you clicked the tag twice, inadvertedly? (a game error nonwithstanding)

    2) Replays always show the flag, regardless of hidden or not. If the flag is pulled, the ball should pass it "materie-less".

That's exactly what i'm saying John.I have messaged Bloeshoe about it,and his reply was that the flagstick was there in the replay,so there is no point e-mailing support to get the 1 ball back.

There has been a few players that has reported the same thing happening to them aswell.

e-mail them the replay anyway , i've had it happen a couple times and WGT was always good about replacing my ball ...

I don't know how much information is contained within the code of a replay, but perhaps whether the flagstick is there, isn't.

I guess they trim the information of a replay down to a bare minimum just to save server space so the best thing in a situation like this is to submit a bug report at the time.

Too late for you Russell I know, but something to bear in mind.
