Ongoing Invite Issues "We need Answers" !!!

  I use Dragon and no problems here,

  however,

  PLENTY OF PROBLEMS WITH GAME INVITES

  I WISH SOMEONE WOULD TREAT THIS PROBLEM AS SERIOUS

  Folks, we do not have an answer to this issue yet. The multiplayer invites not being received is a very low level code issue and unfortunately very difficult to fix.  We have our top engineer on the task but no estimated time for when it will be resolved.

  We thank you very much for your patience as we work to find a solution.

  WGTadmin - You are simply not credible. There is absolutely no reason to believe you. You made this promise last July in the Attention WGT thread

  Despite contacting customer service about you, posting on your wall and repeatedly keeping the thread alive, you continue to avoid the issue and not live up to your word. 

  Honesty is not one of WGT's strengths.

  Just wanted to inform you of what has been happening to me and my country club.  I would send out an invite to my friends (country club members too) and they do not receive or even appear on their screen.  This is happening on iPads.  My friend could send me an invite, and i may see it or after a while it would appear.  for the past few days, i could not invite my friends, but they had better luck to invite me.  I am not sure if there are different issues with iPads or not.  I mostly play on the iPad against my friends.  When I do play in a browser (on a PC), it would blitz games or other courses not on the iPad.

  Is it just me or does this post look very familiar? It must be a canned response and therefore holds no real meaning or sincerity. It's rather like getting a Birthday card from your bank. It still amazes me that they had time to engage in seemingly useless exercises like super fast green speed but don't have the time or know how to maintain the basics. I am still in hopes for a competitor. I'll be one of the early bunch to jump ship.

  Yep it's a real crap shoot when it comes to invites, can send invites to CC members and it seems to vary on who gets the invite, also seems to change daily on who gets the invite.

  Pootick don't jump, if you wait a little longer you might be able to just step off.

  I have the answer!!! I joined the " OTHER GOLF GAME" you know which 1. And they do not suffer like this at all since I have been there. They have people who care about their customers. So I guess the video is TRUE about " The WGT meeting" at least something is TRUE about WGT.

  & you won't...until WGT fix it.....but when?

  I consider there are very busy with, new projects, administrating revenues, the coming Virtual Us Open etc. so, probably it will get fixed after the Virtual Us Open .....in late july.
