  I believe that problem only occurs in Internet Explorer these days.

  Zio, if it should happen again that the quote button is hidden by something in my post, you can still select it...

  

  ...by clicking on the 'Compose' tab (even though it's already selected by default, click on it anyway) then hit the 'Tab' key four times and then hit 'Enter' to quote the post.
