On the first tee,  a nice option would be to let the multi-player group decide who would have the honors.  A coin flip or the player hosting the game could decide himself.  Or perhaps the host of the game would automatically hit last.

    TopShelf2010:

By no means do I consider myself to be an A/S expert, but I thought there was the choice of who tees off first? Man, has it been that long since I have played an A/S match? LOL

    LOL....it still offers the choice.

I think he's referring to the creator of the game, who always shoots first on the first hole ...

    Nope.

Strictly speaking, it offers the choice of who tees off second, because the second team may chose who starts the game for them.

As said before, the game creator is always the first to tee off.

This may create funny situations - remember a friend who created many games on BoF F9. He always had the tee shot on #1 (BPB#1) and, inevitably, the second shot on #2 (CCC#6) with that treacherous water on the right. He sacrificed a bunch of balls and a bunch or holes there ;)

We did, in an inter-CC competition, just to get favourable shots for the right player.

If I have the tee choice and my p is a lower tier than me, then I always put them in 1st.

It gives us the shorter tees for 5 of the 9 holes instead of four. If the game host is a legend or TL, we get an even bigger advantage.
