  Im a NASA Astronaut, playing from the MIR space station, in my time up here (since Aug. 2002, and yes that's a record), I've mastered 8 languages (only 5 of them human languages), become an accomplished personal injury attorney, reworked Einstein's theory or relativity, Twice, (he's not as smart as you all think), completed a rubiks cube 12,864 times, blindfolded, Trained guard crocodiles and two-toed tree sloths (they were on earth while i trained them, naturally), started an outpost colony on one of Saturn's moons, oh, and solved that whole "chicken or the egg" business...After all these seemingly elementary accomplishments, i've come to one great and profound revelation...

  NO ONE IS FORCING ANY OF YOU TO STAY AND PLAY HERE!!! IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT THE GAME IS, OR THE DIRECTION IT'S HEADING, YOU ARE FREE TO LEAVE!!!!!  THE AD'S SHOW UP BETWEEN HOLES, NOT BETWEEN SHOTS, I PERSONALLY HAVEN"T LOOKED AT A SINGLE ONE, LIKE THE REST OF YOU I CLICK THE "CONTINUE" BUTTON AS QUICK AS I CAN TO GET ON WITH MY GAME...IF YOU "BOYCOTTERS" HAD A CHOICE BETWEEN  PAYING MORE FOR EVERYTHING, OR HAVING ADS IN PLACES THAT REALLY DON'T AFFECT THE GAME PLAY, WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE.....YEAH I THOUGHT SO.

  ...This marks the 9,489th attempt some moron has attempted to boycott/petition WGT for a ridiculous reason...so far none of you genius' have succeeded....keep up the good work.

  I just finished an 18 hole round and I hardly even noticed the pop-ups.

  So now Im confused.Don't laugh,its true.Am I the only person to not have noticed the pop ups?

  Actually,can anyone explain to me what a pop up is?Is it one of them thingies that "pops" up from the hole and puts the ball back on the green?'cos i definitely have noticed them.In fact,Bri rock,is it you?youve trained those damned tree toed two sloths to do that?You are a cad sir.

  The other(of many) things I am confused with,is what does an aged cricketer have to do with the this game?and if he did want to come here,why would anyone want to stop him?I say come on geoff,I will play you my lovely.

  Finally,I am glad that at last there is a right and proper place to list our achievements and outstanding accomplisments.I would like to be recorded for the following:

  Brownie Cookery badge

  Cycling proficiency(3rd attempt)-also,remember the old "I before,except after C"?I KNEW it was a lie

  12m swimming (I length)

  Best papergirl(salcombe league 1997,98,99)

  Devon County Age Group Champion 1m diving Under 13's

  Provisional driving licence.

  All of this makes me what I am today.Happy.Happy with WGT.

  I thought something strange was happening between holes but only now realise what it was!

  But fortunately I don't see any pop-ups - perhaps coz I've got a blocker on? (using chrome)

  Anyway, well done to WGT for putting Oakmont on RGo.

  I'm guessing that WGT will do what many websites allready do. You will be able to pay a membership fee to make the popups go away.

  I'm not ready to pay for virtual clubs...yet, but I would pay that fee, if it wasnt to outrageous, say $20.00 per year.

   

  I do find the popups extremely annoying!!

  Agree, agree, agree..... If only these disgruntled and delusional players would have read the TERMS & CONDITIONS before accepting membership, they would realize they have NO RIGHTS legal or otherwise except to play this game PERIOD.

  Now, back to this "chicken or egg" thing.;D    LOL

  Just think of one thing

  If WGT can raise money from advertising and they reinvest in game they most likely will offer new courses more often. Love the game. Betting it costs between 25 and 50 g's per new course. Think of how many pics have to be taken.( heard its like 10000 per hole from all different heights etc(curious how many is it really))

  BUT

  I think they could of made it a bit smoother between screen changing sizes makes it look cheap and it should not be since its the best game out there.

  Agree with previous commenter you don't like don't play.
