Are Congressional Open's results wrong?

  Dear All,

  Congressional is a 72 right? I have added all the par 4 par 3 etc. and the total is 72.

  But then I do -3 and at the same time 68 instead of 69.

  Is there a mistake?

  All results for all players are considering that Congressional is 71.

  What's happening here?!

  Front 9 = 36, Back 9 = 35 (only one par 5 on the back) so 71 is correct.

  All results are considering the gross scores only, regardless of the Par.

  A 68 is a 68 under all circumstances.

  This should be following the USO set-up from 2011.
