    I did a 465 credit survey on Saturday , it was suppose to take 10 minutes.

    After 45 minutes i got to a page that read server is not available.

    I provided a photo, survey number and explained to wgt what happened. just yesterday wgt support all but called me a liar. just give me my credits, i will no longer do surveys, i am not happy with the servers the support or the dns warning i get from your 3rd party hacking sites. close them down.

    if it is there page, it is there responsibility to provide safe links, and remove the nonresponsive surveys, now i will be happy to have friends who complained also post. 

     

    and dont think for a minute  wgt is not responsible , for there pages and reimbursement of sites surveys equipment, face book accounts,, just because they do not own,they know theres a problem and fail to fix.

    Totally agree with you OP, Alosso`s claim is technically correct but its their site so they are responsible. I had issue before with Supersonic for 8,000 creds. I was getting nowhere for weeks until i threatened to cancel my transaction with bank, and then it was not Supersonic who came forward to help, but Casino.com themselves, they contacted supersonic and bang, creds awarded.

    In those weeks WGT said its not their fault, i advised Supersonic are a company they are promoting, i again and again disagreed......during my 3 weeks wait, WGT, because i made a complaint, actually sent me a satisfaction survey asking how they dealt with my commplaint lol.......oh yes..pffft......Good luck with it
