For me you will get the most out of 2 decent wedges. But match them to your ideal iron set when you upgrade (eg so they fit in distance wise with your ideal set, not your current irons).
Then probably a putter.
You have low scrambling stats (20ish %) so every time you miss the green, you will usually make bogey - these will dramatically improve if you practice all the shots).
You are a Tour Pro so distance is not such an issue so driver/woods are not required IMO but by having 2 good wedges you will improve around the green and dialling in your wedges - even using a starters ball.
Obviously a good cheap ball such as the Tour SD would also help a lot.
