Created CC Tourney Will Not Load to Play

  First time I've created a cc tourney and not been able to play it.  When I click the "Tee Off" button, screen goes blue and does nothing.  Other club members are seeing the same when they try to play. 

  The created tourney is RSG, 3 rounds, 24hr each, unlim, front-back-full18.  Conditions moderate wind, championship greens.

  Any ideas as to why?

  Reported similar issues, WGT yet to respond, 8 hrs AGO.

  Just done another test to see if there is any progress only this time in bracket format.

  Worked but when I went to play

  Can't play a blue screen! Fortunately I could delete the bracket event. 

  We are both in the dark.

  This is nightmarish as I need to create a 20 day tournament that may not work, wasting  a lot of time. 

  What's really bad about all this is the lack of communication by WGT.

  I'm having the same problem with my country club.  For the last 2 days everytime I create a tournament, the members go to play it, when they tap play now the tournament starts to load and then the game crashes.  They reopen game, and it prompts them to "continue tournament or forfeit" they try to continue and game crashes again.  Most my members play on the mobile platform but this is happening to ALL of them, including myself.  Mobile tournaments are unplayable these 2 days...Help anyone?

  I read that thread, none of us have any problem loading ready go, or regular tournaments.  This is specifically our CC tournaments on the Mobile platform, on multiple courses now.

  we had same problem, but found that if you set up using default tees it wont load but when using any other tee setting it will work.

  There have been some issues with setting up/playing in CC tournaments for a few members. We are investigating the cause and will advise once we have more information.   We had a member successfully set up a 2 rounder par 5 round 2 was off ladies tees funny enough rd 1 default. This worked I set up 3 others all off default none work.
