Hi Okie, I had the blue screen same as you unfortunately WGT could not erase or repair them.
I had some sponsored events that I copied and sent to
WGTShamWow: For a refund for any credits put as a prize for these tournaments, please send our customer service dept an email describing the situation with the tournament name and your player name. Email address is members@worldgolftour.com
This action enabled me to receive a reply one day later and attain the fully entitled refund on 9/6/2016. (Thank you WGT).
When logging the fault I copied all the events that would not load with my complaint to the above address.
My understanding is that the fault has been fixed. I have since redone all the events one over 4 rounds played in 20 days all on default tees this was done on the Monday and all events are working.
