Flash player!!!

  I play with the flash player 17,0,0,188 and that is a pepperflash, can any one help me to change that to an older flash player. They will not let me do it i have tryed so many times no. Please i  need help. I use skype so if y like to help me, lets share screen, then y can see whats going on.

  Ty for the info, but it sas that im blocked. it will not let me install that program.

  What is blocking you? Your Virus/Firewall settings?

  do i need to close down my virus/firewall to open the uninstaller. ?

  You may have to if that is what is blocking you. But ONLY do so if you are sure and feel safe doing so.

  Do the instructions mention that virus software may need to be temporarily disabled to run the uninstaller?
