I recently played st andrews and the playing partner got disqualified for slow play, at that point he had taken 14 strokes, I completed the game 18 holes with a +3 over the par, WGT gave him the game as he registered only 14 strokes. this has happened before does this bad practice allow points to be allocated to slow players
