Problem with equipment bundle offers

    I wanted to purchase this special equipment bundle:

    "TAYLORMADE SPECIAL OFFER
    TaylorMade Rocketballz 10.5° Driver 695 Cr
    TaylorMade Spider Putter 400 Cr
    TaylorMade Lethal Balls 250 Cr
    Plus 200 bonus WGT Credits"

    I bought 500 credits so that I would have enough for the 799cr price. Then I went to the offers page (http://www.wgt.com/proshop/offers.aspx), and clicked on the TaylorMade bundle. It took me to a page entitled "Buy Credits" that had the special offer on it and prompted me to enter my credit card security code and purchase 799 credits. Thinking I was accepting the offer, I bought the credits. The site then took me to a page thanking me for buying the credits, but I didn't see the offer anywhere. When I checked in game, I had none of the clubs or the balls, but almost 1,800 credits, including the 1,299 I purchased in an effort to take advantage of the offer.

    I checked the FAQ and searched forum for an answer to my question. I found none, although I did notice that a lot of other people have encountered the same or a similar problem with these offers:

    Does anyone know why I (and others in the past) did not receive the equipment despite buying the credits? I submitted a request on the help page, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to start a thread here as well.
