is anyone else bothered by putting grid changes?

  it used to be that when putting, if you moved the flag the grid would stay in place and you could figure out where to put the flag to get the right alignment for the putt. now when you move the flag the grid is connected to the flag, is reduced in size and moves with the flag.

  It's really messing with my game and I've emailed support that if it stays this way i'm done. of course their first response was useless, it didnt even begin to address what i complained about in my email. i responded and told them as much, of course i haven't heard anything back since.

  Hi HackerPete62,

  The new putting grid does take some getting used to. It was changed to give more view angles and being able to drag the grid gives you a much better idea of the breaks around the green. Especially on the big left to right putts, you can now drag the grid to see exactly how it breaks. 

  There is an issue that our Q/A team is working on where you cant move the aim marker if its on the lower half of the screen by placing your finger on it. For now you would need to put your finger just above the aim marker and you will be able to move it around.

  i disagree with your analysis that dragging the grid improves thing, but I guess that is my problem. Unfortunately I find it so disruptive that it has ruined the experience for me and so i'm done playing the game.

  i just wish it had been screwed up before i spent so much money.

  I am guessing, but I presume u r talking about WGT on mobile.

  Maybe an idea to have all threads related to mobile in its own section.

  Yes. It wasn't broken so why "fix" it. Just an added distraction and does not help at all. I posted a long response to the recent update, which has been a debacle for mobile (iPad) I can no longer see the reverse view of my opponents shots now either. It takes away a huge portion of the visual interest of the game. Sheer stupidity if you ask me. It is also a tactical disadvantage. Why do that?? Why? What purpose does it serve? I am waiting to see my post. It is my first post so is supposedly being checked for suitability now. Harumph. It was very critical of WGT, so we will see if they have the courage to publish it. And they now have a huge "Watching Opponent" banner across the screen when your opponent is shooting. Like, what....I thought I was watching a monkey swinging in the breeze. Again, it just ruins the visual pleasure of the game. I'm so miffed. Think I will dump the game...just as I made TourPro and was thinking of spending fifty bucks on some snazzy equipment. That's what happens when you don"t pay attention to your customers, who pay your wages. No customers, no advertisers. No advertisers, no revenue. No revenue, no paycheck. Why ruin a really good relaxing game???????

  yes, the game has been reduce to a mud puddle and is only going to get worse.

  i suggest going back to the real links games that have all these issues dealt with which is what i am going to be doing.

  enjoy your golf with no messing around.

  this should be some great advertisement for WGT//LMAO

  THIS GAME IS GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY ,THESE MORONS WHO RUN THIS DONT CARE A DOGS *** ABOUT THE PLAYERS ON HERE ,BUT THEY TAKE ARE BALL MONEY IN A HEART BEAT.IM JUST ABOUT DONE MYSELF .THEY CANT GET AWAY WITH THIS TAKING MONEY AND NOTHING FOR IT .THATS GOT TO BE WRONG IN A COURT OF LAW.

  Happens on desktop version too if u use one of the side cams.Dont think there's a problem with moving grid,bigger one is with its reduced size of the grid
