    When is WGT going to stop screwing players with the lost ball  BS ?

    Always send an email to Customer Services saying how u lost a ball playing Congo #6 and that u are way too good for that to happen and therefore it must be the fault of WGT.

    Generally one gets a favourable response, well at least I do.

    Politeness and a sense of humour works most times.

    yeah , customer service :  Opens book of excuses , reads reason # 6434 why it's always the players fault . I'm tired of their BS excuses .

    Best thing to do whenever you lose a ball you don't feel you should of is submit a bug report, save the replay, and contact support.  Nine times out of ten they will replace the ball.  As a courtesy I have gone ahead and put a ball into your inventory.  In the future though definitely follow the steps above, their response time is pretty quick so usually within 12 hours you will of received a response.

    So that's how it works, cry because you made a bad shot and WGT will replace the ball? WTF. I gotta start hitting them into the water. I've lost 61 balls in 6+ years, that should be good for a few sleeves.  :-D
