Credits from weekkly tournaments

  Hi alltogether,

   

  there are no credits from the weekkly free tournaments week 24 and 25 at my account.

  What is the normal time to get it and have other people here also no credits from this tournaments?

  Hi baumar88,

  The weekly tournaments can take up to 2 weeks to close and pay out. If you haven't seen the pay outs after that time, please contact our customer service dept. and they would be more than happy to take a look into it!
