    In fairness that L board is unlimited play.  In single play 35 is probably top 10 most days if the wind is up, and full length tees.

    True,  I was trying to find any leaderboard and stopped after the first one found lol.  Plus I was on the verge of passing out from pain meds that the doc just started me on.

    For me, when it comes to the par 5 course, I'm stoked to shoot 45 for 9 holes if there is no bogeys lol.  I'd rather have a bogey free round and all pars than have a bunch of birds and an eagle but with a couple of bogeys to post a 40.  LOL

    My 2c.

    Chasing the ideal position and lie is much preferable to chasing that number on the top-left of the screen.

    In the pursuit of ever lower scores there is the possibility that you will forget everything you learn't as a beginner and end up just throwing darts all the time - punishing yourself mentally when the going gets tough.

    Don't be mentally fixed on that cup - you won't notice the difference for a while but your scores will come down naturally as you begin to view the green as your ally rather than your enemy.

    Think old-school.

    I play generally an iron on the fairway and wedge to the green for a possible Eagle and definite birdie - my friend likes to 3 wood to the green and putt from anywhere for Eagle.

    I'll let you guess who wins most of the time.

    I'd banana

    No doubt Jim...the tips + big wind and a 35 is great play. Being a red tee lover is a different fun zone for me, but I can't seem to better my 66 for 18 as of yet.  ;-}
