I have trayed a lot of sites to gain free points but they are blacklisted by my antivirus, my external 3 malwaresoftware and my own pfsense.

Its because those sites are riddled with tracking cookies - like WGT is too.
You should be ok to 'exclude' them, simply clean up your unfamiliar cookies weekly with your antimalware or AV program.
But, dont say i didnt warn you.
I stick to surveys and videos. Never had a problem with those.
Nothing to fear as long as you download nothing and avoid sites like "win a iphone6" "win a mercedes" and so where you could get spyware, malware and others crapware.
Indeed surveys and videos are 100% safe as say Courteneyfish.
