I think this would sell easily. Going with the course notebook idea, I'd like to see a yardage book.
Instead of a hole by hole for each course, it would be a note book for your clubs.
14 pages, one for each club in the bag.
I could note down how far my 9 iron goes with full back spin with each ball type I like to use, and do that for each club in the bag. Wouldn't have to worry about which hole I was playing. Putter page would be good for noting different green speeds.
More usefull I think. Would mimick the yardage book I'd take to the real golf course. With all the different typed of golf balls, it's hard to keep track of how far your 9iron (for example) really goes with each ball. The rated distance just gives a starting point but too many new players will expect the 9 iron to go exactly as far as the caddy says it will.
I don't think you need to hear from the community on this one, just think about how many course notebooks have been bought and figure the yardage book would be bought much much more since it will be more useful.
Thanks, and what are the chances of making the L61 nike ball offered in Volt yellow? That will be my new regular ball of choice and it means more credits from me vs the L37 Yellow callaways. ;-)
Here's their response....

Dear Hazen,
Thank you for the suggestion. We have thought about it, and decided to go with the course notebook. In the future we may change it up.

However, I do want to give them praise for the turn around time. :)
