In answer to your question about putting-treat 1" as 1 foot and add or subtract as necessary from the distance. For instance, a 10 foot putt that goes up 3" would be hit as a 13 ft putt. A 12 foot putt going down 4" would be treated as an 8 footer. Green speeds affect this and there are helps for this at that site. GL
